Hand Crafted Quality
Our hand carved doors are crafted using high quality materials. We begin by milling our 1 3/4 inch
thick pine styles, rails and mullions, hand fitting them together. Then we add our hand carved panel
and 1 3/8 inch thick tongue & groove pine or specially built insulated glass panels. The door
is smooth sanded and optional wood surface treatments like sand blasting,
wire brushing or distressing applied to add character and charm to your new doors.
Doors are shipped sanded and ready to be stained to match your home décor. Our exterior wood doors can
be pre-hung for your convenience.
Glass Door Options
All carved door styles are also available with a variety of glass options.
We use double pane Insulted Glass units with minimum 5/32” tempered or laminated safety glass.
When combined with our custom designed stained glass, these doors
present a truly spectacular entrance.
Hand Carved Exterior Wood Doors
Our Cross Conchas, Full Conchas and Rio Conchas solid wood doors feature a hand
carved conchas, or stylized shell, near the top of the door. Each knotty pine door is further accented
with expertly carved rails. Our skilled craftsmen use traditional wood working techniques both building
and carving these doors.
The Cross Conchas exterior door is the hand carved version of our popular Cross Buck solid wood
door. The Cross Conchas features a beautiful X-shaped layout of Tongue & Groove panels with a cross-shaped
support. The design of this beautiful rustic style door would add elegance to the front of
your southwestern adobe hacienda or luxurious log home.
The Full Conchas solid wood door is a southwestern classic. This distinctive hand carved version
of our traditional Full Panel door features its hand carved conchas above a single main panel composed
of a series of sturdy, vertical Tongue & Groove boards.
The Rio Conchas solid wood door utilizes vertical Tongue & Groove panels similar to the Full
Conchas. The panels are supported by an expertly hand carved rail near the door handle. The Rio Conchas
is the hand carved version of our popular Grand River door.
